Applications/Registration is NOW CLOSED.

Friday's events are open to everyone. Saturday's conference will only be attended by people selected by an online application process.

The conference is organized to focus on people who identify as part of the Latin/North/South/Central American diaspora, including but not limited to Latinx, Chicanx, Afro-Latinx, Afro-Indigenous, Brown and Indigenous people. An online application process is used to select attendees. People of all sexualities and gender identities are welcome to apply. The conference is focused towards people on college campuses (students, staff and faculty).

Registration Rates:
$200 - Group Rate - A campus may send unlimited students, staff, and faculty who apply by February 9 and are accepted to attend (includes T-shirt). Contact nancy.tubbs@ucr.edu to arrange a Group Registration Rate.
$20 - Individual Rate (includes T-shirt)
$10 - Reduced Rate (no T-shirt)
$0 - Waived Registration (no T-shirt)
$0 - UCR Rate (includes T-shirt

If your campus is not doing a Group Rate, you will bring your registration fee payment to the conference on-site check-in. Organizations needing to mail in a payment should email nancy.tubbs@ucr.edu.
