Call for Workshops/Presentations

Please note that due to Omicron, the 5th ¡Presente! Conference is now a free Virtual Event. We have left the proposals form open for now for late proposals but please note that some form questions may be only pertinent if we were still in-person. Please still complete the entire form.

The priority deadline to submit a proposal is Wednesday, December 15, 2022  The planning committee will contact you in January about the status of your workshop proposal if you submitted the proposal by this date.

All accepted workshops and presentations will be presented on Saturday, February 26, 2022.  

Presenter Responsibilities:
  • Lead presenter should communicate conference updates to co-presenters.
  • Presenters are responsible for making their own travel arrangements.
  • Presenters are responsible for registering online for the conference.
  • Registration is waived for people who submit their program proposal by December 15, even if the proposal is not approved.

All rooms will include a white board, dry erase markers, a projector, and a PC laptop. If you wish to bring your own Mac laptop, please provide your own adapter for projector use. Internet access will be available for presenters.
